Mountain Road
The flagship apiary, located in the heavily wooded backyard of an 1879 farmhouse. Mountain Road Apiary borders Buttercup Farm Audubon Sanctuary, “a 641-acre area of diverse habitats with rolling, open grasslands, second growth and more mature woodlands, a former orchard and a marshy, flooded meadow” providing bountiful forage for the neighboring honeybees.
STANFORDVILLE
Light amber and medium-bodied, this honey was gathered as the last blooms of the season gave way to cooler air. Spun in early autumn 2025, it’s smooth and balanced, with notes of mango, jasmine, citrus zest, and vanilla.

Foxtrot is a full service florist and farm operating on a 1-acre plot using no-till practices. Kate (assisted by pup Pepper) is committed to regenerative growing practices. Collected from the late-season beds of Foxtrot Farm as the blooms mellowed into autumn hues, this honey was spun at the close of the season. Light amber and medium-bodied, it’s smooth and balanced with notes of honeysuckle, lemon verbena, raspberry, and a hint of peppermint.
