The Soup Stand
When the bees form their winter clusters, the soup pots start to simmer. The Soup Stand at Foxtrot Farm & Flowers is a cozy, seasonal roadside stop open through the Fall and Winter — a perfect parallel to beekeeping’s quieter months.
Open Tuesday through Friday, ladeling up a rotating selection of hot pints from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., with a variety of frozen quarts to take home from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., honor system style.
Soups are cooked and packed with care at Philmont Market & Café Cooperative, where everything’s made from scratch and with a lot of love. Each batch is thoughtfully prepared, featuring seasonal ingredients and comforting flavors made to nourish and warm you from the inside out. Crafted with thoughtful attention to allergies and dietary restrictions — because everyone deserves a warm bowl of something good. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch or stocking your freezer for the week, The Soup Stand is a simple way to savor the season.
Chicken Noodle
A classic. Chicken, egg noodles, mirepoix, and parsley.
Tomato
Bright tomatoes blended with carrots and roasted peppers with a pinch of crushed red pepper.
Cauliflower
Creamy cauliflower blended with leeks, celery, lemon peel, fennel seed, and coriander.
Sausage, Greens, and Beans
The epic trifecta of sweet Italian sausage, cannellini beans, and escarole in chicken stock.
Carrot Ginger
Carrots and ginger puréed with leeks, onions, celery, apple cider vinegar, and a touch of maple syrup.
Beef & Barley
Tender beef and barley in a rich beef stock with carrot, onion, celery, and thyme.
Vegetable Alphabet
Nostalgia in a bowl. Alphabet pasta and mixed vegetables swimming in a tomato-based vegan broth.
Broth-ier than your average. Big, tender bites of broccoli married with sharp white cheddar.
Broccoli Cheddar
Lentil
Half-blitzed lentils with warm spices and bites of carrot, celery, and tomato.
Avgolemono
Greek lemon chicken and rice soup. With diced mirepoix in a rich chicken broth thickened with egg.
Potato Leek
A vegan take! Cashew milk gives it that quintessential “creamy” effect.
Beef Chili
Ground beef, kidney beans, and tomatoes stewed with aromatics and spices.
Chicken & Rice
Shredded chicken, brown rice, and big bites of carrot, celery and onion in an ultra-chicken-y broth.
Minestrone
Ditalini pasta and cannellini beans in an herby tomato based broth with spoonfuls of veggies.

Soup Delivery Instructions
Soups will be delivered on Tuesdays.
If you won’t be home, please leave a cooler with ice/ice packs on your front stoop (unless the temperature is below 40 degrees outside).
Soups are delivered frozen to ensure freshness upon thawing and ease of transport.
Use within one week of thawing.
